RICHMOND, VIRGINIA – November 9, 2023 – Call Federal Credit Union has been recognized with the prestigious honor of Community Partner of the Year by SOAR365, a nonprofit organization in the Richmond area dedicated to creating life-fulfilling opportunities for individuals with disabilities.

The partnership between Call Federal Credit Union and SOAR365 has been characterized by a profound commitment to raising awareness about the invaluable work carried out by the nonprofit. John Walker, President & CEO of SOAR365, commended the credit union for their multifaceted support of the organization and especially Park365, a specially designed park for individuals with disabilities. The efforts included active participation in the Ladybug Fund Winetasting & Silent Auction, hosting two vibrant picnics at Park365 for the credit union’s staff and their family and the families of Better2gether another nonprofit the credit union supports, co-hosting their Summer Series community events and even sponsoring the billboard located off of I-195, practically in their backyard, to promote community engagement.
