Duties:

Vision Financial Federal Credit Union is looking for a well-rounded individual in the credit union industry to assume the role of Chief Executive Officer.

We are searching for an energetic individual with firsthand experience in operations, lending, compliance, fraud, and other areas of credit union services. We are a 57-million-dollar credit union with three locations in the beautiful Raleigh-Durham area!

The incoming CEO will work with the Board of Directors and lead the team to grow the organization through innovation and a member-centric approach. The incoming CEO will build upon the organization’s success by increasing the membership and loans and ensuring the Credit Union’s financial health. The ideal candidate will have an appetite for growth, knowledge of regulatory compliance, and a dedication to ensuring the organization’s long-term success. The successful candidate will have at least five years of management experience within the credit union industry, proven people management skills, effective written and verbal communication skills, team building, and a strategic vision for the organization. Above all, the candidate will share our commitment to providing quality products and services, ensuring our members feel assured and confident in our offerings.
