- Leadership Development Institute
The Virginia League is excited to announce a new partnership that delivers C-Suite level leadership development training for credit union professionals. We've partnered with the Carolinas Credit Union League to offer their Leadership Development Institute (LDI) to Virginia’s credit unions. The LDI empowers current and rising credit union leaders with modern strategies for developing leadership and critical thinking skills.
- Board / Supervisory Committee Online Training
We've partnered with Synergy Credit Union Consulting and noted credit union consultant Ancin Cooley to offer a web-based course for credit union officials, featuring a comprehensive overview of the role, duties, and responsibilities of your credit union Board and Supervisory Committee, along with key resources to aid officials in the performance of their duties.
- SRCUS Management School
This program takes three years to complete and meets annually for one week in June at the University of Georgia, Georgia Center for Continuing Education in Athens, GA. Over the course of this program, you’ll dive into a curriculum centered around developing your operational, managerial and leadership abilities. The curriculum features some of the following topics.
- Southeast Regional Directors School
The Southeast Regional Directors’ Conference is designed for credit union directors and committee members. This conference features a full range of informative educational sessions that provide a conduit for learning about critical issues important to today’s ever-changing financial industry.
