Hampton Roads Legislative Reception Set for Dec. 14

Your League and ABNB FCU are hosting our final legislative reception of the year in Norfolk on Dec. 14. Join us and legislators from across the region as we prepare for the 2024 General Assembly Session. Your attendance is instrumental in advocating for your credit union and the Virginia credit union system.

“There will be four new state Senators and five new state Delegates representing the Hampton Roads region at the General Assembly in January. This reception provides us with a great opportunity to connect with both our new and returning lawmakers and showcase the good work of credit unions in serving their members and communities, and build awareness of our legislative priorities,” said Virginia Credit Union League President/CEO Carrie Hunt.

The League and member credit unions held a series of Legislative Receptions across the Commonwealth this summer, followed by Hike the Hill events in Washington.
