The Virginia Credit Union League is thrilled to welcome Stephen McNiff to our team. As our new consultant for small and medium-sized member credit unions, Stephen brings a robust background in financial services that will greatly enhance the support we offer.

Stephen's career spans across various capacities in both credit unions and banks, providing him with a holistic view of the financial sector. His expertise lies in regulatory compliance, audits, and risk management, skills he honed through hands-on roles in the front line and back office. This diverse experience makes him uniquely equipped to address the multifaceted challenges faced by our members.
