Duties:
InFirst Federal Credit Union (InFirst) has provided financial services to members for more than 89 years and is one of the best places to work. InFirst is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Training and Human Resources Generalist to join our team.
Essential Duties
The Training and Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for assisting with Human Resources duties, including recruitment, training, and benefits. Other duties include assisting with employee relations, payroll, turnover/retention, and compensation.
Requirements:
Education and Skills Experience
Two to five years of similar or related experience in Human Resources. Knowledge of financial institution operations and/or work experience in a financial institution preferred. Ability to conduct presentations and training programs. A bachelor’s degree or achievement of formal certifications recognized in the industry as equivalent to a bachelor’s degree is required.
Interpersonal Skills
Motivating or influencing others is a material part of the job. Outside contacts become important and fostering sound relationships with other entities (companies and/or individuals) becomes necessary and often requires the ability to influence and/or sell ideas or services to others. The role requires a significant level of trust or diplomacy.
