IT Leadership role

Current Position: Technical Team lead \/ IT Project Manager\/ Information Systems Supervisor\/ Network Administrator
Relevant Experience: I have been an Integral part of the management teams in several organizations reporting to the senior management, the Chief Executive Officer and the Board of Directors. Experience in a broad spectrum of leadership roles managing the Information Technology Department functions in a manner that achieves the organizations mission and goals becoming a key member of management accountable for the strategic planning and direction of the IT department, as well as plans, policies and procedures. Oversight and responsibility for all Information Technology functions to achieve organizational goals and objectives for growth; member experience, service, and communications; product development; information security; data management; product and service delivery; technology infrastructure including business continuity, efficiency, innovation and development; budgets, contracts and vendor management; and Information Technology departments human resources allocation, development and performance management.
